Telehealth/virtual therapy services for
adults and couples/partner(s)

Therapy, without the commute.

For some, virtual therapy just fits better. Whether it’s a busy schedule, anxiety around leaving home, or simply feeling more at ease in your own space, this format can make it easier to open up, stay consistent, and feel more like yourself in the process.

Virtual therapy is available at this time for adults and couples/partner(s) located in both Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado!

Support for:

Virtual therapy can be especially supportive for folks navigating identity, grief, or overwhelming life changes, because you can be in your own space while doing the work.

Come as you are.
Stay for the support.

Virtual therapy might be a good fit if you…

  • Have a busy or unpredictable schedule

  • Feel more comfortable opening up in your own space

  • Experience anxiety around leaving home or being in unfamiliar environments

  • Live outside of the Kansas City area but still want to work together (virtual services available to anyone living in Missouri, Kansas, or Colorado)

  • Just don’t want to deal with traffic, waiting rooms, or time constraints

What to expect

Sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll receive a link before each session. No complicated setup needed.

All you need is:

  • A private space (as best as possible)

  • A phone, tablet, or computer

  • A stable internet connection

  • And any comfort items you want. Your pet(s), a plushie, foods/beverages, etc.

From there, it’s the same process; just a different setting!
