Grab a tea or coffee
and let’s chat.
We’re living through an overwhelming amount of
unprecedented events, and it’s taking a real toll on our nervous systems. Fear, anxiety, grief, anger, and exhaustion have become baseline states not because you’re failing, but because you’re human. And on top of that, you’re still carrying your
own personal pain, history, and responsibilities.
No wonder you feel heavy and perhaps, hopeless.
I’m Brenton (he/him), a queer-identified therapist
who offers a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, minimize your experiences, or have the right words figured out before you arrive.
I work with adults and partners who are
navigating grief, trauma, identity exploration,
emotional overwhelm, and relational dynamics.
I specialize in working with queer & trans people,
deep feelers, overthinkers, and those stuck in the
messy in-between. Whether that’s within yourself
or within a relationship.
Therapy here isn’t about quick fixes or forced positivity. It’s about slowing down, making sense of what you’re carrying, and finding steadier footing in a space that feels honest,
affirming, and human.
Come as you are.
We’ll take it one step at a time.
Together.
thinking about
therapy?
If your group chat has seen you through a lot, therapy can be a place to keep that support going without burning yourself out or feeling like you’re always venting.
community based
gatherings
Being Kind To Yourself Gatherings are intended to provide a space for community, connection, and support. These gatherings are not therapy and should not be utilized as a replacement for mental health services.
