your grief is real, valid, and

worthy of space.

Grief isn’t just about losing someone. It’s about losing something that mattered deeply. It can be the loss of a loved one or a pet, the unraveling of a relationship, a career change that shook your identity, or even the grief that comes with major life transitions. Sometimes, it’s a mourning for the person you used to be or the future you thought you’d have.

HOW THERAPY

CAN HELP WITH GRIEVING

Soft, neutral image used on trauma and grief therapy page

Grief doesn’t just hurt, it opens things up.

Sometimes it brings up old stuff. Sometimes it’s about more than the loss itself: the life you thought you’d have, the person you used to be, or the way things felt before everything changed. It can be confusing, overwhelming, and exhausting. So, it definitely makes sense if you don’t know where to begin.

Therapy can be a place to sit with all of that. No fixing. No rushing. Just space to sort through what’s coming up and figure out how to live alongside your grief instead of being crushed by it.

Together, we might:

  • Let your grief exist without trying to push it away

  • Find ways to cope that feel supportive, not forced

  • Talk through how grief connects to identity, relationships, and old wounds

  • Slowly rebuild meaning in a way that feels honest to you

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It means learning how to carry what matters.
