Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.
